    A 60 or 80 minute sequenced yoga class which follows a structured series of yoga poses with an emphasis on linking breath with movement, fostering mindfulness and concentration.

    The sequence aims to create a balanced and holistic practice within the class time. The elevated temperature helps to increase flexibility, detoxification through sweat and a deeper release of muscle tension. You will soon realize the stress releasing, mind-body connection that a consistent yoga practice will bring to your life. These classes are 80 minutes in length (Hot Yoga) and can be taken at your own pace. You will also see a condensed version of this class on the schedule that is 60 minutes (Hot Yoga 60).

  • Hot 26/2

    A 26/2 yoga class follows the traditional Bikram yoga sequence, consisting of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises practiced in a hot room.

    Each class lasts 60 minutes, with each posture performed twice, holding them for a set duration. The heat helps increase circulation, detoxification, and muscle elasticity, making it easier to stretch deeply and reduce the risk of injury.

    The active phase is followed by a slower, more passive Yin Yoga segment. Poses are held for longer durations to target the connective tissues, releasing any tension held in the muscles, fascia, and energy body. Vin to Yin offers a balanced practice that invigorates and strengthens the body before transitioning into a restorative and meditative state.

    This class weaves together both strength and surrender to achieve yin and yang within the body and mind. Vinyasa to Yin is a balanced yoga class that combines the dynamic movement of Vinyasa flow with the deep, restorative stretches of Yin yoga.

    Class always ends with a calming savasana to integrate the practice and promote relaxation.
