    What to Expect:

    • Warm-Up: The class begins with gentle stretches to prepare the body for movement and acclimate to the heat.
    • HIIT Intervals: Short bursts of high-energy movements that alternate with brief recovery periods. These exercises build strength, endurance and cardiovascular fitness.
    • Ending: The class ends with gentle stretches and savasana.
