All classes are shaped for the beginner who needs some extra instruction to the advanced student who can work deeper into their practice. You will be able to work at your level with guided instruction from our qualified teachers.
  • Yin Yoga

    A 60 minute Yin yoga class consists of a series of passive, long-held poses designed to target the deep connective tissues in the body.

    Poses are usually held for 3 to 5 minutes allowing for a deep release of tension and an increase in flexibility. The emphasis is on relaxation and surrendering into each pose, using props like blankets or blocks to support your body while you slowly release. Breathing exercises and mindfulness techniques are often incorporated to enhance the meditative aspect of the practice, promoting a sense of calm and introspection. This is a perfect complement to a regular yoga practice or physical activity. Props are provided
